COMPUTER BASICS

Ages: 13-Adult

Are you getting the most out of your computer? Our computer instruction introduces students to the basics of IBM compatible computers. Students will be taught about basic computer terminology, hardware, software, and word processing programs. Instruction is tailored towards individual needs.

KEYBOARDING

Ages: 8-Adult

This self-paced course introduces students to ergonomics, keyboard arrangement, and basic word-processing techniques, while developing typing speed and accuracy. Beginning students strive towards a goal of 20 words or more per minute, with 90% or greater accuracy, while students with keyboarding experience set their own goals of accuracy and speed.
