Assessment Information

Comprehensive Academic Assessment (Billed at hourly rate)
(Includes: Standardized Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Academic Achievement-III, in the areas of broad reading, broad math, and written languages -- see single subject description -, school data reviews, parent interviews, and a complete report of results.)

Single-Subject Standardized Testing (Billed at an hourly rate)
Reading: Word Identification, Vocabulary, Comprehension, and Phonics
Writing: Writing Samples, Fluency, and Mechanics, Punctuation, Spelling
Math: Computations, Concepts, and Problem Solving

Approximately three-to-four hours are needed for comprehensive testing. (Two consecutive meetings are recommended.) Further, we suggest a 30-minute parent conference after all information is gathered, to take place approximately 1-2 weeks following testing sessions.

ACT/SAT Diagnostic Test ($50/test)
(Includes a Full Length ACT or SAT Diagnostic assessment, with a break down of errors in each subject area, along with a brief summary and study recommendations.)

Off-Site Services (Includes: Meetings, observations, and home based instruction)Per hour $58.00
